Why do you recommend an intial cleaning?
Before starting a regular cleaning program, it’s important to understand that the first visit is very demanding, requiring much more time and effort; justifying the price difference. This process is essential for achieving optimal results.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
All ecological cleaning products will be supplied by Balai Blanc Inc. However, you must provide us with a functional vacuum cleaner to prevent the spread of allergens from one household to another.
Is your residential cleaning service guaranteed?
We strive for excellence and are confident that you will be delighted with our team’s work. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 12 hours of our visit. We’ll assess and rework any job that doesn’t meet your expectations.
What should I do with my pets during the cleaning appointment?
We don’t mind if your pets roam freely around the house during our visit. Just let us know what you recommend, if anything.
How can I change the date of my cleaning appointment?
We suggest you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. We’ll do our best to reschedule quickly, depending on availability. Charges may apply for last minute cancellations.
How can I pay for your services?
The full amount of your invoice is payable on the day of the cleaning service. We accept payment by cash, e-transfer and credit card. If you are not available at the time of our visit, please leave payment in an agreed and visible place if paying with cash.
